All postage is via registered & insured Australia Post. We use lots of new packaging materials & pay someone to expertly pack. We try our best to pack as safely as possible, however, from experience, find it necessary to register & insure, which covers both the buyer & seller for damage caused in transit, a small cost for peace of mind.
