Vintage Large Precision Instrument Co Steel Hand Wound Surveyors Engineer Rule

Good used working condition. Ready to use or be displayed for a collector/ Hand retracted with the handle.  Made in Canada. Leather holder. Came from a surveyor who graduated in the 1920’s.
