Antique Vintage Handmade Wooden Policeman Fireman Warden Clacker Instrument

Good condition, present well, commensurate with the age. Good overall condition, some wear from use, as per the photos. The clacker is spun around by the handle and it makes a very loud ratchet sound, used as a warning during war times, fire, or later they were used at sporting events. Great collector's item
