Antique Vintage English Iron & Brass Blombach 240lb Hanging Tensile Scale

Please check the Photos. Good condition, commensurate  with the age, as per the photos.  Presents well, made in the latter half of the 19th century. Made in England, referred to as a Mancur scale. The scales works on leverage against the tensile strength of the steel. The placement of the hooks changes the increments of weight, with a crescent shaped brass dial. Mostly used on farms, industry and hunting. Good original condition, for use or to add to a collection. The photos form part of the description
