Antique Vintage Handmade Wooden Policeman Fireman Warden Clacker Warning Instrument

Good condition, with only minor signs of use. Solid hardwood, makes a very loud clacking noise when spun around by the handle. These were used by Victorian Police in England, wardens during the Wars to alert the public of danger, in the trenches, and also later used at sports matches like football, etc.
