Antique German Made Mellins Nursery Thermometer in Original Timber Holder

Good condition, commensurate with the age, working condition. Comes in the original firm timber holder, so the glass case of the thermometer is in excellent condition. I believe the thermometer was to be used in the preparation of food and milk for infants, to get the desired safe temperature.
