Vintage Hand Made Stuart Crystal Starburst Pattern Handled Pouring Decanter

Good condition, commensurate with the age, as per the photos. Presents well, hand made with a pontil mark to base. The decanter is not labelled, but I believe it to be Stuart Crystal with the starburst design etched in the sides. The photos form part of the description.
